To simplify this, the state government has introduced an online platform.This new facility allows residents to conveniently apply for these certificates from their homes, requiring only an internet connection. By eliminating the need to visit offices and endure long waits, it saves both time and effort for the public. |

| The caste of an individual is determined based on the caste of their father, not that of their husband.The validity of the caste certificate is permanent.The validity of a permanent residence certificate is always valid, whereas the validity of a temporary residence certificate is for one year from the date of issue.The validity of an income certificate is for one year from the date of issue.After verification, the original certificates will be returned to the candidates.Candidates can submit an undertaking in the prescribed format regarding not being in the creamy layer, based on which a new certificate without the creamy layer can be issued, using the old certificate without the creamy layer.There is no need to repeatedly obtain a certificate without the creamy layer. For state services, an application can be submitted with an old certificate along with an undertaking. |
